Katie is a competent field ecologist, she assists in protected species and habitat surveys with a particular interest in botany. Katie is skilled in carrying out a wide range of filed surveys including protected species and habitat surveys, including water vole, otter, badger, bat (activity transects, emergence/re-entry surveys and bat roost potential assessments), great crested newt and reptile, and phase 1 habitat surveys. She carries out work as an ecological clerk of works. Katie is expanding her knowledge and experience of the sector with passion and enthusiasm and always looking for any opportunity to develop her ecology skills. Katie’s role consists of both office and field based ecology work and assisting with GIS.
