We have comprehensive experience and technical expertise gathered from right across the UK, and have successfully guided clients through the development and planning processes on a wide variety of projects.  We work directly with developers and planners alone or as part of a project team.

For the private sector, we work directly with developers and also through planning consultancies.  Our clients come from a range of industries including property development, renewables, minerals and aggregates and utilities, many of whom are distinguished developers in the UK.

In the public sector, our clients include local planning authorities to whom we provide technical expertise for their own developments such as major road schemes, and as the Competent Authority, technical advice and documentation to inform a Habitats Regulations Assessment.

We work with a wide range of housing and commercial developers, either directly or as part of a technical team. Our services include detailed assessments and surveys, designed to minimise timeframes and costs whilst integrating with the project design and schedule.
With the senior management team having previously worked for global engineering consultancies, we have a great understanding of the complexities of major infrastructure projects. This has enabled us to successfully secure substantial road and rail projects.
